OCLP 1.0.0 introduced early Sonoma support for newly dropped models.

Known Sonoma notes

  • Bluetooth may sometimes fail after boot on pre-2012 models; NVRAM reset can help.
  • T1 functionality issues for 2016 and 2017 Macs were documented, with resolution noted in OCLP 1.1.0 and newer.
  • USB 1.1 removal continues to affect Penryn systems, pre-2013 Mac Pros, and Xserve.
  • Sonoma includes Legacy Metal and non-Metal patches through OCLP, with model-specific caveats.
